Our Appraiser
The appraiser considers several factors during the appraisal process. The professional uses a large database of property transactions to review and analyze demographic trends. Appraisals are not subjective but rather a researched and well supported analysis of the property that can lead to potential changes in the market value. Obtaining a quality appraisal is important and not all appraisers have the same qualifications.
