DESIGNATIONS:

SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) 1988

SRPA (Senior Real Property Appraiser) 1990

The SRA and SRPA designations were awarded by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers to appraisers who completed a prescribed format of educational, experience, and reporting requirements. The Society of Real Estate Appraisers merged with the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers on January 1, 1991, to form the Appraisal Institute. These designations are duly recognized and supported by the Appraisal Institute.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: The Appraisal Institute requires that a program for continuing education be maintained. The appraiser is currently certified under this program through 1998.
